What to Expect in Your Session

Your therapist starts with a short chat. They ask where you feel tension, how firm you like the pressure, and if there is any injury or area to avoid. Answer honestly. It is the most helpful part of the visit.

You lie on the table, covered with a towel. Only the part being worked on is uncovered. The room is quiet and private. If the heat or the pressure is not right, say so at any time. Nobody will mind.
